Need help optimizing your listing? I will go through your entire listing to see what changes can or should be made to help optimize your listing and make your listing more attractive to guests. Don’t want to deal with setting up of your property in preparation for short-term renting? I offer complete setup. This includes;

Consulting on current state of property and any projects needed to become guest ready
Taking an inventory of current items and then buying any and all supplies that help make hosting easier.
Staging of supplies
Plus everything in the listing-to-booking package.
