I’m Kristy, the owner of Happy Guest, Happy Host Management LLC. I was born and raised in Australia and moved to Oregon in 2006, where I have been since. I have a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Marketing & Leadership/Management.

I first started hosting my personal property on Airbnb in 2015, when we would go on vacation. I soon became addicted and haven’t stopped. I’ve been a SuperHost since the day I starting hosting all those years ago.

Over the years I have focused on learning as much as I can about the Short-term rental industry. I became a Airbnb Ambassador in 2019 and then decided to start managing for others not long after.

In 2022 I joined the board of Host2Host - a local STR non-profit advocacy group.

I then became a Community Leader for Airbnb in the Portland/Mt Hood area. I host events/meetups to network and educate other hosts. Airbnb also provides me with local market data every year, so I can adapt your listing to trends I see from this data.

I’m extremely familiar with both the Portland & Mt Hood markets. I actively host in both. My goal is to make as much revenue for you as possible, in a friendly and professional manner. I have been constantly delivering 5 star stays for guests for 10 years now!
